Publishing a geoPaste drawing

Publishing a geoPaste drawing is a three step process, involving saving or selecting a drawing to publish and taking a photo using the camera;

adjusting the geographic location of where the drawing is to be published;

and finally specifying up to three links to be associated with the geo located drawing. After specifying these optional links SCROLL to the bottom of the page and press the Publish Drawing button.

The act of taking a photo with a saved or selected drawing is used to acquire the compass, pitch and roll directions of how you wish the geo located drawing to be presented.
An artifical horizon overlay on the camera screen is used to assist with this positioning.
The up/down dpad/trackball buttons can be used to the zoom the drawing overlayed on the camera preview so that the positioning overlay can be more easily seen.
Capturing the image can be initiated by pressing the touch screen. Pressing the touch screen on the left hand side will focus the camera, pressing in the center will focus and take the photo and pressing on the right hand side will just take the photo ( this is useful where the camera is unable to sucessfully focus such as when used in the dark at night ).
The camera button and the dpad center/trackball button can also be used to focus and take the picture.

After the picture is taken a map view is shown to allow accurate geo locating of where the drawing is to be published.
Adjusting the geographic location of the published drawing uses a Google Maps™ display to allow accurate positioning of the drawing at any location in the world.
Use the touchscreen, zoom controls and the dpad/trackball to center the red cross hair over the position of where the drawing is to be published.
Press the center dpad/trackball button to capture and save the published location.

After the drawing is geo located a display is shown which enables optional links to be added and associated with the published drawing.
Up to three seperate links can be specified for each geo located drawing.
Select the type of link from the drop down list and type the link text into each text entry field.
A test button is located next to each link entry to allow testing to check and ensure that the specified links will function correctly prior to publishing the drawing.
Press the PUBLISH button at the bottom of the screen once completed.
If you decide not to proceed with the drawing publication just press the Cancel button or devices BACK button.
A copy of the drawing and its publishing details are sent to the geoPaste cloud services where it is stored and made available for imediate PUBLIC or PRIVATE viewing at the designated location.
geoPaste drawings will be viewable at their designated locations until they automatically expire, or are Reported. The Expiry value ( 1 ~ 99 days ) is specified in the Setting screen. A notification alert message is shown whilst the drawing is being published. Once the drawing is published and the notification alert disappears you are encouraged to check that the drawing is available for viewing using the geoPaste Drawing Locator and AR view if you are nearby the published location.
